At the end of the seventh plenum of the 17th Central Committee, Party leaders also approved proposed amendments to the CPC Constitution and agreed that "favorable grounds" have been laid and "full preparations" made for the crucial 18th National Congress of the CPC.
中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第十七屆中央委員會(huì)第七次全體會(huì)議通過了《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨章程（修正案）》，并一致認(rèn)為已經(jīng)為召開黨的第十八次全國(guó)代表大會(huì)創(chuàng)造了“良好條件”并作了“充分準(zhǔn)備”。
Plenum就是“全體會(huì)議”，也可以用plenary session/meeting來(lái)表示。The seventh plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee? 就是“中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨第十七屆中央委員會(huì)第七次全體會(huì)議”。
出席會(huì)議的有中央委員（members of the Central Committee）、候補(bǔ)中央委員（alternate members of the Central Committee），中央紀(jì)律檢查委員會(huì)委員（members of the CPC's Central Commission for Discipline Inspection），以及有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)同志列席會(huì)議（participate as non-voting members）。
