背景知識：
核安全峰會（Nuclear Security Summit）是旨在倡導(dǎo)核安全和打擊防范核恐怖主義的全球性峰會。首屆核安全峰會于2010年4月在美國華盛頓舉行，主要討論核恐怖主義威脅以及各國和國際社會的應(yīng)對措施。第二屆核安全峰會于2012年3月26日至27日在韓國首爾舉行。
