Masked vigilantes (義務(wù)警員) have been patrolling Mumbai with a water tanker and from the tanker's rooftop spraying anyone who urinates in public, foreign media reported. The tanker features a huge water cannon, a "no urinating" sign and a logo of "You stop, we stop". The tanker is believed to be the creation of an "anti-public urination activist group", called the Clean Indian. The group has posted a video of the tanker at work on YouTube. But the footage has divided opinion, with many users claiming that a lack of public toilets is the underlying problem, not those peeing in the street.(See photo)
