中國與馬拉維“建交”

據(jù)新華社電，中國與馬拉維在北京簽署建交公報(bào)。雙方?jīng)Q定，自2007年12月28日起兩國相互承認(rèn)并建立大使級外交關(guān)系。那么，“建交”一詞怎么表達(dá)呢？

China and Malawi established diplomatic relations from Dec. 28, 2007, Chinese Foreign Ministry announced in Beijing on Monday.
A joint communique says the governments of China and Malawi, in conformity with the interests and desire of the two peoples, have decided to recognize each other and establish diplomatic relations between the two countries at ambassadorial level as from Dec. 28, 2007.
中國外交部周一（1月14日）表示，2007年12月28日，中國與馬拉維在北京簽署聯(lián)合公報(bào)，雙方?jīng)Q定：中華人民共和國政府和馬拉維共和國政府根據(jù)兩國人民的利益和愿望，決定自2007年12月28日起兩國相互承認(rèn)并建立大使級外交關(guān)系。
這里，建交表達(dá)為“establish diplomatic relationss/ties”，建立大使級外交關(guān)系為“establish diplomatic relations at ambassadorial level”。相應(yīng)地，斷交表達(dá)為“cut off relationship with...”。
