公告同時指出，代幣或虛擬貨幣不由貨幣當(dāng)局發(fā)行，不具有法償性與強制性等貨幣屬性，不具有與貨幣等同的法律地位，不能也不應(yīng)作為貨幣在市場上流通使用。代幣發(fā)行融資與交易存在多重風(fēng)險，包括虛假資產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(false asset risk)、經(jīng)營失敗風(fēng)險(operation failure risk)、投資炒作風(fēng)險(investment speculation risk)等，投資者須自行承擔(dān)投資風(fēng)險，希望廣大投資者謹(jǐn)防上當(dāng)受騙。
