“電信資費”怎么說？

信息產(chǎn)業(yè)部部長王旭東近日表示，去年，中國電信資費總體水平比上年下降了13.6%。那么，作為手機用戶最為關(guān)心的“電信資費”應(yīng)該怎么表達呢？
